Phase 1: Design & Permitting

June 2026 — Closed Beta

Engineering design platform for CAD, GIS, simulation, infrastructure, permitting, and reporting analysis in one integrated workspace. It combines drafting, validation, modeling, hydrology, stormwater, utilities, traffic, and physics-based visualization for engineers to work in the same environment without bouncing between disconnected software.

Design Restrictions

Ensures all geometry aligns with permitting from national requirements database of local and regional agencies.

Spatial Analysis

Integrates soils, zoning, land use, wetlands, flood zones, topography, aerial imagery, and special waters from official government sources.

Spatial Analysis

Stormwater Modeling

Computes curve numbers, runoff, impervious, water quality, and treatment using established methods such as TR-55 and more.

Stormwater Modeling

Automated Engineering Reports

Produces soils reports, curve numbers, and other site analysis outputs based on jurisdictional data and defined basins.

Automated Engineering Reports

Smart Objects

Automatically delineates basins, catchments, and ponds using surfaces and storm systems and updates linework with geometry variables.

Rendering

Visualises layers in both 2D/3D and generates accurate visual representations by interpolating colors using topography data and aerial imagery.

Rendering

Data Interoperability

Supports industry-standard formats including Shapefile, LandXML, File Geodatabase (FGDB), DEM, and GeoTIFF.

Data Interoperability

Change Management

Easily identifies additions, deletions, and conflicts on updates to reference data inputs.

Cross-Platform Access

Available in both desktop and browser-based environments for flexible work and collaboration anywhere.
